Shipping policy

Made for your pet, after your approval.

Every order is personalized. We prepare a digital proof and send it to your checkout email, usually within 1–2 business days. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

Production timing

After proof approval, allow 3–5 business days for stickers and 5–7 business days for shirts. These are estimates, and large or unusual custom orders may take longer.

Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is free on eligible orders of $50 or more and $8 below $50. Express shipping is $15. Express speeds up transit only; proof approval and production time still apply.

Available shipping services and the final delivery charge appear at checkout. Shipping time is additional to proof preparation and production. Standard U.S. transit typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment; delivery dates are estimates.
