About PrintMyPets

PrintMyPets is operated by Proven Entertainment LLC in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. These terms explain ordering from printmypets.net. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy provide additional details.

Your custom order

Choose your product options and upload the photo you want us to print. Review the selected size, color, finish, quantity, print placement and shipping address before checkout. Each configured sticker pack uses one pet-photo design. Shirt pricing includes one pet design with front or back printing; front and back printing is an additional $5.

Photos and permission

Only upload photos and other content that you own or have permission to use. You give us permission to edit and reproduce your uploaded content as needed to prepare your proof and fulfill your order. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photo to us. We will ask for separate permission before using your pet photo in our marketing.

Proof approval and production

We send a digital proof to your checkout email, usually within 1–2 business days. Check the image, crop, spelling and layout carefully and request any corrections before approving. We begin printing only after your approval. Proof preparation, approval, production and shipping are separate stages; delayed approval can delay delivery.

After approval, estimated production is 3–5 business days for stickers and 5–7 business days for shirts. Large or unusual orders may take longer. Please contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.

Product images and color

Store photos illustrate the products. Your order will use your submitted photo and selected options. Colors can appear different on screens and printed materials. The choices available on the product page control your order; a mockup may show a color that is not currently offered.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax and shipping are shown at checkout before payment. Free standard U.S. shipping applies to eligible merchandise subtotals of $50 or more after discounts, before tax. If an availability or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it or arrange a refund; we will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly for changes or cancellations. Changes may not be possible after production begins. Personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including sizing choices you approved. For damage, misprints or incorrect items, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. Our Refund Policy explains the process. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
